I`ve always liked Kylie Minogue. She`s a fun pop artist, sweet superstar, has crafted some real fun-infectious tunes through the years, she loves the gays and seems to get a sound sense of humor about herself. Then last night, I went to see her in concert here in NYC for the first time.

Kylie Minogue Brings 'Aphrodite' Spectacle to NYC

For the unaware U.S. pop fan, Kylie Minogue's first evidence of a three-night run at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom would seem to be an overindulgent spectacle. A two-hour running time, multiple costume changes, a golden Pegasus on point and half-naked dancers suspended in air - isn't this the "Loco-Motion" and "Can't Get You Out of My Mind" two-hit wonder?

TheLondoneer: Kylie 'Aphrodite' Tour MEN Arena - Gig Review

Last night we were at the Manchester Evening News (MEN) Arena to see Kylie on her new 'Aphrodite' Tour!

We were sitting at one face of the auditorium with a big opinion of the stage, which consisted of a prominent area at one side where the musicians and the principal stage were (complete with three large staircases) with two long catwalks coming off it lead to a central podium area almost at the center of the arena.
